Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation projects, preferably in a manufacturing or dealer network environment. The role involves driving Agile delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of Salesforce-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
• Ensure smooth delivery of Salesforce solutions in an Agile environment
• Remove blockers and help teams maintain sprint velocity
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
• Support continuous improvement in Agile practices
• Coordinate with multiple teams across manufacturing/dealer network processes

  8+ years of overall IT experience with strong Scrum Master expertise
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation projects
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working in manufacturing or dealer network domain (preferred)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and cross-functional coordination

Good to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder)
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
