Graduate / MBA / Management Post Graduate in HR, Business, or related field
Proven experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist
Experience in the UAE real estate sector highly preferred
5+ years experience in HR operations, talent management, or related functions

Requirements:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Manage performance appraisal, training, and development programs
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
