We are seeking a high-potential professional to join our Business Transformation Services team in the Consulting practice which sits at the intersection of business operations, supply chain, and technology enablement.
This role is particularly focused on supporting clients in the agribusiness and agricultural commodities trading ecosystem, where operational depth and commodity domain knowledge are essential to enabling scalable transformation and business value creation.
The role will support strategic initiatives across the end-to-end commodity trading lifecycle, with a focus on CTRM processes, operational optimization, digital transformation, and stakeholder alignment. We are specifically prioritizing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the Agri-commodity space, the ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with analytical problem-solving capabilities and has hands-on exposure to commodity trading operations, supply chain processes, or CTRM-enabled transformation initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with trading, execution, logistics, finance, risk, and technology teams to drive scalable operational improvements across global trading workflows.
:
- Support and drive transformation initiatives across the commodity trading and supply chain ecosystem, including CTRM process optimization and operational efficiency programs
- Help commodity trading organizations set up and expand their trading and risk management activities across agri markets and agricultural commodity value chains.
- Collaborate with trading, execution, logistics, contract management, risk, and finance teams from client side to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct process assessments, stakeholder workshops, root cause analysis, and business impact evaluations for operational challenges
- Translate business requirements into structured functional specifications and partner with technology teams for solution delivery
- Frame high-value quantitative problems across forecasting, optimization, quantitative risk, anomaly detection, and related decision workflows tied to economic or operational outcomes.
- Develop integrated strategies that leverage data science to drive decision-making in investment, trading, and other deeply quantitative domains, aligning with our clients business objectives.
- Utilize advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modelling to interpret market signals and forecast trends, providing clients with a competitive edge.
- Drive process standardization, automation, reporting enhancement, and operational control improvements across trade lifecycle functions
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business operations, technology, and external partners/vendors where applicable

- Contribute to change management, user adoption, and process governance initiatives during transformation programs
Profile Description:
- The ideal candidate is an analytically strong and business-oriented professional with exposure to commodity trading operations, supply chain processes, or consulting-led transformation initiatives. The individual must demonstrate a "domain-first" mindset, bridging operational business needs with technology-enabled solutions.
- The individual should demonstrate the ability to bridge operational business needs with technology-enabled solutions and possess the potential to grow into a broader transformation or operational leadership role.
- Candidates with a strong background and experience in Agribusiness, Agri-trading operations, or Agri-focused CTRM environments are highly preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a Tier-1 or reputed business school preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
a. Agri-commodity trading operations / CTRM domain
b. Supply chain or operations consulting
c. Business transformation or process optimization
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, knowledge of how global agri markets work and grasp of agricultural commodity trends
- Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced operational environments
- Experience working with commodity trading lifecycle functions such as execution, logistics, contracts, settlements, inventory, pricing, or risk operations
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, process mapping, stakeholder management, or operational improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in research and data engineering, advanced data analytics, statistical modelling, machine learning, and/or AI / GenAI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct prior exposure to Agribusiness or agricultural commodities trading environments and familiarity with trade execution workflows, shipment operations, invoicing, settlements, and reporting processes
- Exposure to digital transformation, process automation, or operational excellence initiatives
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel/VBA, Python/R, Gen AI and/or process visualization tools is an advantage
