We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in implementing and optimizing business processes within ERP environments. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering **integrated, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions** that streamline operations and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture

• Define and design ERP-based solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure scalability, integration, and performance across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and opportunities.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices to project teams.
• Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in ERP environments (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Deep knowledge of core business processes:
• Order to Cash (OTC)

• Strong expertise in business process design, integration, and optimization.

• Solid understanding of application and integration development framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy alignment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in retail, manufacturing and Industry solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks and DevOps practices.
