Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build robust backend services and APIs with strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and microservices architecture.
• Develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and modern UI frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Create reusable frontend components and backend modules with a focus on maintainability and performance.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Work on cloud-native application development and deployment across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Optimize applications for scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.
• 
  Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development activities.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Security teams to ensure smooth deployments and secure coding practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation, automation, and engineering best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Extensive experience in backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and backend performance optimization.
• Experience in designing and developing scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js, Redux, Hooks, and component-based architecture.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, and modern frontend tooling.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms, API security, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Docker, containerization, and cloud deployments would be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position is primarily based at our Pune (India) headquarters, requiring all potential hires to work from this location. A modern workplace is deeply collaborative by nature, while also demanding a touch of flexibility.
