Job Description
nAt Mindtickle, customer success is a top priority. We are seeking a motivated Customer Marketing Associate to join our team and support a diverse mix of strategic marketing programs aligned to company growth and customer-first initiatives.
nReporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Marketing, the Customer Marketing Associate will work alongside Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive Customer Marketing and Advocacy at Mindtickle.

nWhats in it for you
- nOversee the end-to-end production of customer case studies and testimonials, from scheduling, adding follow-up items to Asana, and securing approvals, to coordinating handoffs to other teams
- nIdentify customer success stories by partnering with sales, customer success, and other teams, building a strong pipeline of customer stories
- nManage and optimize a repository of customer logos, quotes, stories, and other resources, ensuring it is current and well-organized
- nPartner with the broader marketing team to publish, promote, and retire customer logos, stories, and videos
- nSupport social media efforts, helping manage the social media calendar and scheduling posts
- nRespond to internal requests for customer stories to help support new business initiatives
- nReview and track customer communications, working closely with the Marketing automation team and the customer success to keep them informed
- nSupport Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey initiatives for gathering feedback to drive customer experience improvements
- nExecute outreach for sourcing speakers for field events and webinars, ensuring alignment with event needs
- nManage the delivery of customer welcome, appreciation, advocacy, and milestone gifts
- nSupport customer growth and expansion opportunities, working closely with sales, customer success, and product marketing
- nAssist in launching new strategies to advance the customer marketing program, including a customer awards program
- nMeasure and report on customer marketing initiatives regularly, identifying opportunities for improvement and emerging trends

- nHave Bachelors/ Masters Degree preferred
- nHave 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS technology industry
- nHold successful track record of working in customer marketing with a passion for serving and understanding customers
- nHave excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and experience with effective story-telling
- nPosses Experience managing vendors, partners, and a budget
- nHave Proficiency in Salesforce for report generation and tracking customer activities
- nHave experience with other Marketing/Sales tech: Marketo, Demandbase, Asana, and/or Zoom Webinar preferred.
- nHave Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- nAre results-oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing goals.
- nHold strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- nAre strategic thinker with a proactive approach to executing new ideas
- nHave experience in the revenue enablement industry preferred
