Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records.
  •  Responsible for administering assigned components of payroll processing to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of payments for countries supported.
  • Pay a critical role in acting as a “Liaison” between the Payroll Vendor, HR, and Finance teams.
  • Leads Process Improvement, Standardization, and Automation opportunities.
  • Responsible for delivering service excellence to employees, managers, and HR professionals.
  • Transition experience from PEO to Non-PEO will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible for actively partnering in Service Excellence Framework execution.
  • Overall Accountability of payroll processing.
  • Be responsible for the first level of escalation and conflict resolution.
  • Lead Team Engagement w.r.t. Team meetings, updates, etc.
  • Ensure the automation initiatives are followed by the Team.
  • Performs the day-to-day payroll processing activities ensuring that payroll calendars are accurate for core countries as assigned.
  • Analyze and prioritizes incoming work to ensure data is processed by the cut-off date.
  • Accountable for the transactional process work and data entry, ongoing HR process harmonization/improvement, and processing within the region/market.
  • Review outputs, audit preliminary results and make corrections by the sign-off date.
  • Validation of gross to net process, providing the commitment to the vendor by the final processing date, and approval of final payroll results.
  • Responsible for all reporting and reconciliations, Payroll tax updates, including the oversight of all year-end activities with the vendor.
  • Responsible for effective and efficient delivery of Payroll across the network – deliver SLAs (service level agreements), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and metrics/measures.

Qualification:-

  • Masters and MBA degrees preferred.

    6-8 years of multi-country payroll experience with customer service experience preferred. India Payroll experience is a must with taxation and statutory management.
  • Knowledge of technical systems preferred (Workday, ADP).
  • Change management skills and experience preferred.
  • Strong prioritization and work allocation skills.
  • High level of collaboration.
  • Proven effectiveness at delivering outstanding results.
  • Drives results by building high-trust relationships at all levels.
  • Navigates the organization and understands the complexity of a global services group.
  • Strong communication skills with both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Ability to coach and lead the team.
  • Flexibility to handle changing work demands.
  • Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of process and technology.
