We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer/Tester with a strong background in testing software applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying issues, improving user experiences, and ensuring software quality through thorough manual testing.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manual Testing:

• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform end-to-end manual testing to ensure the software meets functional requirements.
• Validate UI elements for consistency, responsiveness, and usability.
  

Functional and Regression Testing:

• 
  Test new features and functionalities of the product.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure updates do not affect existing functionalities.
  

Defect Reporting and Tracking:

• Identify, document, and track bugs in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Work closely with the development team to clarify issues and verify fixes.
  

Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Testing:

• Validate the product across various browsers and devices to ensure compatibility.
  

Collaborative Quality Assurance:

• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to understand requirements and priorities.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements.
  

User Experience Validation:

• Ensure the product provides a seamless and user-friendly experience.
• Suggest usability enhancements based on testing insights.
  

Requirements

  Get Hired
  4+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycles, and best practices.
• Experience in writing detailed test plans, cases, and scenarios.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and usability testing.
• Hands-on experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  

Good To Have

• Exposure to API testing tools like Postman (manual API testing).
• Experience testing cloud & mobile applications.
• Proficient in writing test scripts and developing automated test cases using tools like Cypress and Selenium.
