Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Manager role located in Hazaribag. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as conducting interviews, implementing HR policies, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
