Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for an on-site role located in Saket, Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role involves conducting analyses, keeping up with market trends, managing partnership negotiations, and coordinating with internal teams to execute initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account Management
  • Market Research and Data Analysis proficiency to identify opportunities and trends
  • Strategic Planning and Communication skills to effectively develop and present business strategies

    Negotiation and Networking abilities essential for successful partnerships
  • Experience in the FMCG sector and knowledge of the Indian market are desirable
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus

  • Ability to work on-site in Saket and commit to a full-time role
