Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Al Ghail Industrial Zone, Ras Al Khaimah
Salary: 5,000 - 6000 AED
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing accounts and will be responsible for handling the entire accounting process up to finalization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts up to finalization, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and prepare accurate reports for management.
• Handle VAT reporting, filing, and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely audit completion.
• Monitor cash flow and manage bank transactions efficiently.
• Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, QuickBooks, etc.) for accurate data entry and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP .
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, VAT compliance, and UAE accounting practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Accounting (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage.
• Experience working with external auditors and handling full-cycle accounting in the UAE.
