Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations at our GIDC facility.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical or API manufacturing industry. In addition to extensive experience,
the candidate should be well-versed in SAP Warehouse Management and possess a deep understanding of Six Sigma principles.
Responsibilities
Efficiently manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including but not limited to inventory management, materials handling, shipping, receiving, and storage.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all warehouse personnel.
Develop and implement warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize processes, minimize errors, and enhance efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as production and quality control, to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
Utilize SAP Warehouse Management to maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and manage material movements.
Implement Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance warehouse processes and reduce waste.
Monitor and control warehouse expenses, including labor, equipment, and supplies, to ensure cost- effectiveness.
Generate reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics for management review.
Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies, quality issues, or operational challenges promptly.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Education
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or API manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in SAP Warehouse Management is essential.
Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Experience Preferred
Experience with SAP
Experience Working In API Pharmaceutical Company
Must have experience in MM in Pharma API and Formulation exposure
Good in exposure in Audits and must be strong in analytics.
