Corporate Learning & Development Manager - Leadership & Talent Development
Job Description
Hiring for a leading fintech platform to drive enterprise-wide leadership development and talent strategy. The role will own leadership pipeline building, HiPo development, and succession planning across levels. You will partner with business and HR leaders to strengthen leadership capability and ensure readiness for critical roles. This is a high-impact corporate L&D role focused on long-term capability building and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement leadership development frameworks aligned to business strategy
- Build and manage leadership pipeline across frontline to senior levels
- Drive HiPo identification and accelerated development journeys
- Lead succession planning for critical roles and improve bench strength
- Develop capability-building interventions (strategic thinking, leadership, change)
- Track impact through leadership readiness, internal mobility, and retention metrics
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10-15 years of experience in corporate L&D / talent development roles

- Strong experience in leadership development and succession planning
- Background in fintech, financial services, or digital-first organizations preferred
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and HRBPs
- Expertise in HiPo frameworks, IDPs, and leadership capability building
- Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
