Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 11-15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience in mid and senior-level hiring
- Proven stakeholder management with leadership
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Strong ownership mindset with execution focus
