Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Dealer Relations Executive (DRE) / Dealer Relations Manager (DRM) with a strong background in the automotive trade and auction environment. The ideal candidate must already have an established dealer and trader network in the UAE and a proven ability to secure the best possible market prices quickly and efficiently.
This role is critical in driving profitability by maintaining and expanding a strong, active dealer network and ensuring fast price acquisition and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain, manage, and continuously grow a strong network of car dealers, traders, and exporters across the UAE and GCC region
- Actively connect with dealers to obtain fast, competitive pricing (within 5–10 minutes turnaround)
- Distribute vehicle inspection reports to the correct category of dealers immediately after posting
- Negotiate aggressively to achieve the highest possible resale value for each vehicle
- Build long-term relationships with dealers to ensure repeat business and fast deal flow
- Continuously onboard new dealers to expand the network and improve market coverage
- Monitor dealer performance and categorize them based on pricing, speed, and reliability
- Coordinate closely with purchasing, inspection, and management teams for real-time updates
- Ensure all pricing updates are communicated instantly via CRM and WhatsApp groups
- Maintain structured dealer database in CRM (pricing behavior, response time, buying categories)
- Minimum 5+ years experience in:
- Car buying & selling
- Used car trading
- Auction environment
- Must already possess a strong existing dealer network (mandatory requirement)
- Proven track record of closing deals and securing competitive market prices
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong knowledge of UAE automotive market and pricing trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of discipline, time management, and speed in execution
- Proficient in:
- CRM systems
- Microsoft Excel (deal tracking, reporting, dealer lists)
- WhatsApp business communication workflows
- Based in Dubai, UAE (mandatory)
