Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedMarketing Coordinatorto support our marketing team in executing campaigns, tracking results, and managing day-to-day marketing activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in marketing while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
  
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and performance reports
• Manage social media platforms: scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking analytics
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Help create and proofread marketing content such as emailers, social posts, blog posts, presentations, and brochures
• Support event planning and coordination for webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events
• Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, such as lead generation and engagement metrics

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 01 year of work or internship experience in marketing or communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
