Middle Full Stack Developer (Java/JavaScript)

The clients customer-focused contact center solutions offer solutions to enhance and execute a seamless conversation between consumers and advocates.

We are doing myriad projects across the spectrum of clients CX estate, including the development and implementation of routing/IVR strategies across various lines of business, BOT development/middleware, digital development for omnichannel experience, agent desktop creation and customization for various line of business demands, support the business architecture team, migrations off legacy systems, Digital expansion including LivePerson implementations as well as contact center production control and operations,

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop front-end and back-end web applications using JavaScript frameworks like Vue and React/Angular.
• Build, deploy, and maintain RESTful API services using Node.js, working in conjunction with Kubernetes or cloud computing services like AWS and GCP.
• Collaborate with other development teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Deploy and manage builds in different environment
• Prepare and maintain documentation for users and developers
• Assist in planning and estimating development projects/sprints, writing clean, well-organized, and reusable code, and ensuring code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications in a timely manner while staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing by providing technical guidance and support to other team members.
• Work in an agile environment, using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React/Angular).
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and RESTful API services with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, JPA, Hibernate, ExpressJS, Bootstrap
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes Jenkins and cloud computing services like AWS or GCP, as well as database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Git and experience working in a collaborative environment.
• Understanding of agile software development processes and methodologies with JIRA.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to write clean, well-organized, and reusable code.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
