As a part of our latest transformation, we are searching for an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our rapidly growing Hyderabad Center of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality is at the heart of engineering practices, with a bias towards test and tooling automation. Additional responsibilities include reviewing functional and technical requirements, performing research, designing solutions, and developing automated test case solutions for web-based enterprise applications and aid in quick to market strategy. Automated testing experience is a requirement for this role. Candidates without automation testing experience will not be considered.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing using selenium with C# or Java.
- Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium and TestRail.
- Experience in Test Cases Management Systems like Azure Test Plans
- Proficiency in authoring, reviewing, and executing test cases
- Sound knowledge on Cloud Platforms Development (AWS, Azure).
- Expertise in SQL and relational database concepts, Azure SQL
- Exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices.
- Experience with Modern source control systems (Git, Bitbucket and TFS)
Knowledge of Domino Server design, configuration and deployment
- Extensive knowledge and recent experience with Lotus Domino and Lotus Notes
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Knowledge on Mobile testing
- Knowledge on JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, LESS, Typescript, Angular, Web Services, Rest API
- UI Graphical Reporting Tools
- Experience with risk, compliance and document control business technology

- Excellent verbal and writing communications skills and be able to work with multiple internal stakeholders
- Responsible for leading and foster an automation first approach for your scrum team(s)
- Utilizing latest versions of our technology stack and be encouraged to think creatively to produce high quality, reusable and maintainable automated testing solutions
- To work closely with the Product Owner and scrum team(s) to help deliver high quality automated test scripts inside of agreed timescales
- Provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries
- Contributing to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer focused execution
