You are a results-driven individual who thrives on providing world-class customer experiences. You understand the importance of converting basic members to premium users while delivering a 10x experience for B2C and B2B clients.

You are skilled at:

● Onboarding and educating members.

● Retaining and growing customer relationships.

● Managing membership benefits and addressing special requests.

● Gathering insights to refine processes and exceed customer expectations.
