Role Purpos
e:
To provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, providing product information, replenishing stock, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and contributing to overall sales performan
ce.
Key Responsibilit
- ies:
Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, assist with product inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance the shopping experi - ence.Promote products and upsell when appropriate to help meet store sales tar
- gets.Replenish shelves, organize displays and ensure products are correctly priced and labe
- lled.Maintain a tidy, safe and welcoming environment by regularly cleaning and organizing the s
- tore.Assist in stock counts & inventory and help with receiving and unpacking new s
- tock.Attend training sessions to expand your product knowledge and skills, supporting both your personal development and the store’s gr
- owth.Collaborate with your teammates to ensure smooth store operations and suc
cess.
Required Qualifications & Experi
- ence:
Must have experience in cash handling & POS - systemHigh School Diploma or Equ
- ivalent1-2 years’ experience in retail or customer
- serviceAbility to handle customer complaints and work under p
- ressureMerchandising and visual display skills may be
a plus
