Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a senior-level role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in financial management software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and policies.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis on a regular basis.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the companys assets and prevent fraud.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax filings.
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments and teams within the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards.
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants or finance personnel.
