Role Overview
As the Creative Lead, you will own overall creative vision and brand expression across channels driving visibility, engagement, and growth through impactful storytelling, compelling campaigns, and strong brand consistency.
This role requires a unique combination of creative excellence, strategic thinking, operational agility, and leadership capability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build campaigns and content ecosystems that resonate deeply with consumers while supporting business growth objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong D2C sensibilities, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and the ability to balance creativity with executional discipline in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Creative Strategy
- Own and define overall creative vision, tone, and brand identity across all channels
- Lead the strategy and development of integrated 360- marketing campaigns
- Shape compelling brand narratives and creative concepts aligned with business goals and consumer insights
- Drive consistency across digital, social, influencer, marketplace, quick commerce, retail, packaging, and offline touchpoints
- Ensure all creative output reflects the brand's values, positioning, and customer-first philosophy
- Stay updated on cultural trends, content formats, AI-led creative tools, and evolving consumer behavior to keep the brand relevant and differentiated
Campaigns & Execution
- Lead the development and rollout of integrated campaigns across digital, social, e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplace, influencer, and in-store channels
- Translate business objectives into strong, actionable creative ideas with measurable impact
- Oversee execution across design, copy, digital content, packaging, performance creatives, and offline assets
- Adapt creative strategies across various stages of the customer funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
- Maintain a strong balance between brand-building campaigns and high-velocity content execution
- Ensure ideas are practical, scalable, operationally aligned, and delivered within timelines
- Analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, brand health metrics, CTRs, and ROI to optimize future creative strategies
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of designers, writers, and creative professionals
- Provide strong creative direction and actionable feedback on conceptual thinking, design, and copy
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, agility, and collaboration

- Work closely with growth, product, content, marketplace, and leadership teams to build cohesive campaigns
- Lead external agencies and creative partners with clarity, confidence, and strong brand alignment
What We're Looking For:
- 7-10+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand marketing, or creative leadership roles
- Prior experience in D2C brands, e-commerce, marketplaces, quick commerce, or creative agencies will be a strong advantage
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling, campaign thinking, design capability, and writing/editorial skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume creative output under fast timelines without compromising quality
- Strong understanding of digital-first brand building and consumer engagement
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva, and emerging AI-powered creative tools such as Higgsfield, OpenArt, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, and similar platforms used for content generation, design acceleration, ideation, and creative automation
