Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Infrastructure, based in Noida. The Head of Infrastructure will oversee and manage IT infrastructure operations, lead a team of professionals to maintain optimal system performance, and ensure compliance with network security protocols. Additionally, the role involves strategic planning, project management of infrastructure upgrades, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:
- Expertise in Infrastructure management and maintaining enterprise-grade IT environments
- Proficiency in IT Service Management practices, ensuring optimized IT operations
- Demonstrated Team Leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage teams effectively
- Strong knowledge and experience in Network Security and implementation of security protocols
- Project Management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure projects
- Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in IT or project management are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is preferred
