Job Description
As a Data Scientist, you will leverage your analytical skills and technical expertise to extract insights from complex datasets, driving data-driven decision-making within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop models, conduct analyses, and implement strategies that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions.
- Model Development : Design, build, and validate predictive models and algorithms to solve business problems using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Data Visualization : Create intuitive visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Data Cleaning and Preparation : Clean, preprocess, and structure data from various sources to ensure high quality for analysis and modeling.
- Research and Development : Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data science, machine learning, and analytics.
- Reporting : Prepare and present reports on project outcomes, methodologies, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying and management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
