We&aposre thrilled to announce the opening for Sales Analyst, reorting to the Commercial Director, India. As a Sales Analyst, you will support Sales and Finance teams with planning, data analysis, and performance insights. Key responsibilities include managing sales targets, analyzing multi-source data, defining KPIs, and maintaining BI tools like Qlik-Sense and Power BI. You will collaborate across teams to drive data integrity, support marketing strategies, and oversee sales incentive plans. Strong analytical skills and expertise in BI tools are essential for success in this role.

How you will contribute

As a Sales Analyst, your role is to support the sales and finance team with sales planning and analysis. You would require administering the targets and closure of the contracts for the sales team.

  • Plan, coordinate & manage the Sales Planning & Analysis process
  • Perform data analysis with multi-sources quantitative data from Sales Team and qualitative data from Salesforce (Aspire, Qlik)
  • Optimize data visualization usage and define KPIs (Sell-Out, Rate of Sale, WOD, DOD) to improve impact of Aspire on sales teams business
  • Manage and generate daily data insights for markets considering the route to market
  • Charting & Maintaining outlet level investment master data (FTT, FTT2, A&P) and share the insights with relevant stakholders
  • Conduct Data analyses, extraction based on different data sources (Sell In, Depletion, WOD, DOD, ROS, Distribution Survey, Variance Analyses, Profitability Analyses)
  • Maintaining BI Tools specifically Qlik-Sense & Power BI for data modeling and data update
  • Collaborate with Global Data team to improve the data integrity, participate in different data driven projects
  • Sharing Sell-Out reports to relevant stakeholders through Power BI with required enhancement in KPIs
  • Handling data integration among Sales Database, Salesforce, and BI tools
  • Collaborating with Finance & HR team for Sales Target and Sales Incentive for Sale Reps
  • Supporting Marketing team with Data nuances for Brand Planning and Strategy

  • 5-7 years of experience in business/sales analysis in competitive environment
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and experience of Data Integration, Automation Tools
  • Creative thinker with great solution orientation
  • Self-starter - someone who can manage the task from start to finish with minimal intervention
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Multiple Stake Holder management
  • Education: Post-Graduate from a University of reputed institution
  • Language:Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English
