Job Description

As an Accessibility Tester at Mobikasa, you will play a crucial role in evaluating websites, applications, and digital products to ensure they adhere to accessibility standards. Located in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility, you will conduct accessibility audits, document findings, and collaborate with development teams to ensure compliance with guidelines such as WCAG. Your responsibilities will include testing and troubleshooting accessibility issues, providing training to team members, and offering support to enhance accessibility across projects.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of WCAG standards and accessibility best practices. Your experience in performing accessibility audits and utilizing testing tools will be invaluable. Effective communication skills are essential as you will document findings, provide recommendations, and collaborate with various stakeholders including developers and designers. Additionally, the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment is key, along with any relevant certifications in accessibility testing. While a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, your passion for ensuring digital accessibility will be the driving force behind your success in this position.,
