Role Description

Were looking for a sharp, proactive Outbound Sales & BD Executive who thrives in B2B outreach and knows how to generate qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn, Crunchbase, cold email automation, and CRMs. Your mission is to build a predictable outbound pipeline by identifying ideal clients and initiating meaningful conversations that convert into discovery calls. This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Sales & Business Development Executive, located in South Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and similar tools.
  • Execute and optimize cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
  • Manage and track outreach activity using CRM software (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles and pass warm leads to the senior sales team.
  • A/B test messaging to improve open, reply, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reporting on outreach metrics and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align outbound strategy with business goals.

Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years of outbound B2B lead generation experience.
  • Experience in the web/app design & development or SaaS space is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and cold email tools (e.g. Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist).
  • Strong command over cold emailing best practices (deliverability, personalization, follow-up sequences).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
