Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site PPC/Performance marketing specialist role located in New Delhi. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and analyzing paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta Ads. Day-to-day tasks include keyword research, writing ad copy, setting up and managing campaigns, monitoring and adjusting bid strategies, and generating performance reports. The role requires close collaboration with the digital marketing team to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google & Meta Ads, Tiktok, Reddit, Pinterest ads including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking
• Mandatory Experience: 4+ years

• Experience in the e-commerce industry, specially shopping campaigns.
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring and adjusting bid strategies based on performance data
• Ability to conduct keyword research and write effective ad copy
• Experience in generating and analyzing Paid ad campaign performance reports
