Growth Manager - (R&B)
Function: Business - Growth | Location: Gurgaon | Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Growth Manager to own and accelerate the Recharge & Bill Payments business. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and analytics - ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy for the R&B vertical and drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth through structured campaigns and funnel interventions
- Plan and optimize lifecycle campaigns on CleverTap - push, in-app, email, and SMS
- Track and report on key metrics: MTU, GMV, CTR, Conversion Rate, Repeat Rate, and Churn
- Run A/B tests and experiments to deliver continuous user insights across 0-to-1 and scale-up initiatives
- Build dashboards and reports - present performance and insights to senior leadership

- Work cross-functionally with Growth, Design, Brand, Marketing, Tech, Product, and Business Finance teams to advance revenue and profitability goals
- Leverage automation and analytics platforms to sharpen decision-making
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- Bachelor's / MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in growth, marketing, or product analytics - consumer fintech or payments preferred; startup experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of funnels, segmentation, and user cohort behavior
- Hands-on with dashboards, attribution, and cohort analysis
- Campaign management experience on CleverTap or similar tools (MoEngage, WebEngage)
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes
- Bias for action - moves fast, iterates quickly, comfortable with ambiguit
Good to Have
- SQL knowledge for querying and validating campaign logic
- Prior exposure to Recharge & Bill Payments - telecom, electricity boards, or BBPS
- Experience in Ecommerce, Consumer Internet, D2C, or high-growth businesses
- Familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation platforms
