We are looking for a sharp, well-articulated, numbers-driven Manager - Investor Relations to join us at MobiKwik. This role will be central to how we communicate our financial performance, growth story, and strategic direction to investors, analysts, and the broader capital markets ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in business finance, understanding of the BFSI ecosystem, and can translate complex business performance into crisp board-ready and public-facing narratives.
Key Responsibilities :
Investor Communication & Reporting :
- Prepare quarterly earnings presentations, investor decks, and shareholder communications aligned with SEBI LODR guidelines.
- Manage investor queries, analyst calls, roadshows, and NDRs (Non-Deal Roadshows).
- Compile and analyze data to help with management communication.
- Draft MD&A (Management Discussion & Analysis), annual report narratives, and press releases.
- Maintain and update the IR section of the company website and stock exchange disclosures.
Financial Analysis & Data :
- Own financial modelling, KPI dashboards, and peer benchmarking across payments, lending, and broking verticals.
- Analyse P&L, revenue trends, margins, unit economics, and capital structure to build investor narratives.
- Track sell-side research, competitor financials, and industry data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare data packs and fact sheets for fund managers, institutional investors, and rating agencies.
Board & Leadership Presentations :
- Create board decks, strategy presentations, and management review materials for internal leadership.
- Support the CFO and CEO in preparing for AGMs, EGMs, analyst days, and investor conferences.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams on regulatory disclosures and SEBI filings.
Corporate Development Support :
- Assist in deal-related financial analysis for potential M&A, partnerships, or fundraising initiatives.
- Support due diligence processes, information memorandums, and investment thesis documentation.
- Evaluate strategic transactions and provide inputs on valuation, synergies, and market positioning.
- Track capital markets activity, competitor deal flow, and investor sentiment in the fintech ecosystem.
Candidate Profile :
Must-Have :
- 3+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or M&A.
- Strong command over financial statements, P&L analysis, cash flows, and valuation frameworks.
- Proven ability to build high-quality presentations for board-level and external stakeholders.
- Excellent data orientation - comfortable with Excel modelling, financial databases, and analytics tools.
- Clear and structured written communication; able to distil complex financials into investor-friendly narratives.
- Understanding of listed company obligations, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance norms.
Good to Have :
- Prior experience in a listed company IR function, Big 4 consulting, Sell-side research, or Investment Banking is a strong plus.
- Background in fintech, BFSI, or internet/tech sectors preferred.
- Exposure to M&A transactions, fundraising processes, or corporate development work.
- CFA Level I/II cleared or CA qualification is a distinct advantage.
Educational Qualifications :
Any of the following:
- MBA Finance from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B-School
- B.Com / B.Sc. Statistics / Applied Mathematics with strong finance domain experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) - ICA
