Job Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage our indirect tax compliance, accounting operations, and financial reporting.
- The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in GST filings, reconciliations, accounting entries, and TDS returns, with a strong command of Tally ERP and a solid understanding of Indian tax laws and accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file monthly and annual GST returns: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C.
- Perform GST reconciliation (Books vs GSTR-2B, Cash Ledger, Credit Utilization).
- Handle GST registration, audits, and online reply to GST notices.
- Ensure timely and accurate TDS return filing and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ledger maintenance, and petty cash transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure resolution of suspense entries.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP 9.
- Support statutory and internal audits, including documentation and data preparation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and support in tax planning initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in GST laws, filings, audits, and reconciliation.
- Proficient in Tally ERP 9 and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and TDS compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
