Job Opportunity: Business Management (CAO team) Global Markets - Corporate Strategy - (Analyst/Associate)
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Experience Required : Analyst (2-4 years), Associate (3-6 years) of experience in business management, strategy, analytics.
We are hiring for a Business Management / CAO (Global Markets) Analyst/Associate role with a leading global financial institution. The team supports Global Markets across Sales, Trading, Structuring, and Research, with strong regional engagement across Singapore and Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic business initiatives using data-backed insights for Global Markets Sales.

- Conduct performance assessment, revenue analysis, client wallet sizing, and market trend analysis for AEJ Markets.
- Create senior management presentations (revenue, expenses, resources, KPIs, board decks).
- Partner with Sales Heads and corporate functions (Compliance, Finance, IT, MO, Legal).
- Manage day-to-day business operations, governance, and support infrastructure for GM Sales.
- Coordinate with regional teams and contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting.
Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for senior stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Project management excellence planning, coordination, execution, multitasking.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Capital Markets products (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives).
- Exposure to Global Markets strategy, sales support, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Educational Qualifications:
MBA from a Tier-1 B-School, CA/CFA preferred
