Hiring: Business Analyst / Project Manager - Market Risk Transformation | Powai, Mumbai
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Experience: 5-8 years in Market Risk / Risk Change / Capital Markets projects
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to drive global market risk transformation and FRTB initiatives for a leading multinational financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end market risk change projects, from business analysis to delivery.
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, data models, and workflows for complex risk systems.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth project implementation.
- Collaborate with global Risk Management, Front Office, and Technology teams.
- Track project milestones, report risks/issues, and maintain governance standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5-8 years in Market Risk / Risk Change / Capital Markets projects

- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid grasp of Basel II.5, Basel III, and FRTB frameworks
- Technical Skills: SQL, Power BI, Python, Dremio, Alteryx, Tableau
- Methodologies: Agile & Waterfall project delivery experience (SDLC)
- Documentation Tools: MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
Education: MBA / FRM / CFA / CQF preferred
