Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, driving revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, training and mentoring the sales team, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Constructions / Real estate companies sales experience atleast 5+ yrs mandatory
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and the ability to build and nurture long-term partnerships
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics
- Proficiency in Team Leadership, mentoring, and building a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Location preferred to be Hyderabad
