Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, prospect engagement, and pipeline development. The ideal candidate is confident in outbound sales, persuasive in communication, and passionate about building new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential clients.
Effectively present company services while identifying and understanding client needs.
Follow up consistently to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation & revenue targets.

Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
14 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or tele-sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce is a plus).
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience in sales, primarily Domestic market and then International.
Strong LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting experience.
