About IAM Team :

IAM team is one of the core teams at MoEngage, responsible for developing and implementing IAM architecture and solutions to address current and emerging security and business requirements of the organisation. IAM team is also responsible for handling authentication and authorisation of any request that reaches MoEngage servers, handling billions of api calls per second with minimal latency. Here you will be working on some of core distributed computing concepts as well as challenging CS problems and getting better understanding of handling data at scale.

Here are some of the challenging projects in the IAM team.

1. Building solution around Single Sign On, multi factor authentication

2. Building solution around roles and identity for better access management for the customers

Requirements

• Strong coding skills, 1-3 years of experience in Backend development.
• Knowledge and interest in handling distributed systems.
• Proficiency in one of the high-level programming languages. Preferably: Python/Java
• Familiarity with at least one of the cloud computing infrastructure - GCP / Azure / AWS.
• Experience with API development & Integration.
• Hands-on experience in developing backend applications using REST APIs.
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch, MongoDB is a plus.
• Awareness of Secure Development process and practices
• Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best Practices
