Tool Customization & Automation: Practical experience in customizing annotation tools and automating workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead small teams (3-5 members), resolve technical challenges, and mentor junior developers to foster growth and improve team performance.
Conflict Resolution & Resource Management: Effective at resolving conflicts and managing resources to deliver timely and high-quality results.
