Job Title: Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst (CPA Certified)

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced CPA-certified accounting professional to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will have over 5+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience, preferably supporting US-based clients. The role requires strong technical accounting skills, familiarity with US GAAP, and the ability to operate effectively in a remote collaboration environment with US teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for US clients, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end closing.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and CPA standards.
• Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support external audit processes.
• Collaborate with US-based finance teams to deliver accurate and timely financial data.
  
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity for all financial transactions.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CPA certification (active or in good standing).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience (preferably in a US accounting environment).
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and tax principles.
• Advanced Excel and accounting software proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work PST (US time zone) from the Ahmedabad office.
