Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and business-aligned HR Generalist to support our corporate HR function at MIBS Bangalore. This role will partner with supervisors and employees to drive effective HR support, strengthen organizational culture, and enable people decisions aligned with business objectives.
Our Team
You will be part of the Corporate HR team, working closely with Business HR (BHR) and supervisors in a matrixed environment. The team focuses on delivering people solutions that support business growth while reinforcing our Principle Based Management (PBM) culture.
What You Will Do
- Partner with supervisors to provide guidance on hiring, employee administration, performance management, and day-to-day HR support
- Guide supervisors and employees on HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Enable supervisors in making informed decisions on compensation, promotions, and talent development in collaboration with BHR
- Collaborate closely with Business HR to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives
- Act as a culture ambassador by promoting and strengthening PBM principles across the organization
- Support identification and mitigation of employee relations concerns proactively and effectively
- Coach supervisors on people-related matters to ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements
- Identify cultural or engagement gaps and partner with BHR to design and facilitate relevant interventions
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist and/or HRBP
- Experience working in a Captive/GCC setup
- Experience operating in a matrixed organizational structure
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Masters/MBA/PGDBM in HR
- 37 years of HR Generalist experience in a corporate environment
- Experience partnering with business leaders on compensation, talent development, and workforce planning discussions
- Exposure to culture transformation or engagement initiatives
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
