We are part of the Power & Signal Business Unit (PSBU) in Molex. We offer innovative and integrated solutions in design and development of Connectors, cable assemblies and electronic solutions with an end-to-end support from Concept to Launch. We support a global and diverse customer base, in various market segments, including consumer, automotive, datacom and medical.
Your Job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support cross-functional project execution within the Project Management function. The role involves coordinating project activities, tracking timelines, supporting stakeholder communication, and ensuring smooth execution of project deliverables from initiation to closure.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project coordination, NPD lifecycle support, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do

• Support end-to-end project execution by assisting in planning, tracking, and closing activities across product development projects
• Break down project plans into actionable tasks and track day-to-day progress against timelines and milestones
• Organize project review meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and track closures.
• Identify project risks, delays, and dependencies; escalate issues proactively.
  
• Maintain project documentation, change logs, and project records.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure alignment on deliverables
• Monitor project schedules and proactively follow up on pending actions, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, structured, and audit-ready
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and tools (MS Project, Planner, Team Center etc.)
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related fields) with 2-4 years of experience in Project management, New product development(NPD).
• Understanding of project management methodologies and product development lifecycle.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

What Will Put You Ahead

• CAPM/PMP/Prince2 certification or project management training is an added advantage.
• Exposure to stage-gate/NPD processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Planner, MS Project, Office 365, SharePoint
• Basic familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) and willingness to learn their application in a professional setting
