• Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda


• Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects


• Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance


• Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

More about this role

Business Analyst in Finance area is accountable for leading analysis in Finance related projects for building BRD / TDDs , bridging gap between Business and IT via busiess process discussions. Accountable for driving data analysis for Finance business processes

'o Work closely with the Enterprise Architect in formulating technology roadmaps, standards, best practices and guiding principles
o Provide SME knowledge on technology usage
o Work with and provide input to Enterprise Architecture in evaluating new visualization tools for bringing new capabilities based on the business requirements, then support project teams in implementing these new technologies
o Work with infrastructure teams and Enterprise Architecture for visualization tools to remain current in terms of the versions and feature upgrades if any
o Act as mentor and coach on best practices and front-end BI technologies
o Advance teams’ visualization fluency through team coaching workshops and one-on-one interactions.
o Participate in the Information and Analytics Community of Practice to educate, guide on principles, standards and patterns
o Act as an advisor to the IS Enterprise Software team to ensure Mondelez is compliant with licensing allocations and in the procurement of new/additional BI tool licenses as needed
o Act as a SME to teams supporting incident management of front-end issues

• Governance and project support

o Work with project partners around the world in their time zones.

o Define and enforce standards and guidelines for BI Frontend development, operations and support

o Ensure that projects within the BI project portfolio are in sync with the global technology roadmap

o Support system design and sizing activities for projects

o Act as program lead for innovative front end projects

o Responsible for managing the BI front end license portfolio.

• Innovation

o Understanding best of breed visualization technologies, and analyzing their capabilities through proof of concepts

o Develop rapid visual analytics prototypes to demonstrate the technology capabilities in meeting specific requirements

o Look for opportunities to improve current processes or find efficiencies by applying industry best practices for BI development

o Defines design options and standards for all aspects of BI Frontend solutions across all global business units

o Identify best practices and new trends

o Define the overall frontend architecture artifacts

o Commercialize new front end tools

o Support pilot implementations of new frontend tools

o Drive the change within MDLZ to introduce statistical reporting, guided analytics and self-service BI

o Alignment with vendor roadmaps

Career Experiences Required & Role Implications

8-10 years of experience in GCP, Azure, SAP, Big data space technologies from data architecture stand point
