Insurance Operations & Quotation Specialist

We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to manage quote generation, system data entry, and policy processing.

What you will do:

• Accurately input client details and risk data into insurer portals and internal systems.
• Source, compare, and generate accurate quotes across multiple insurance providers.
• Review proposal forms and underwriting requirements to ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Coordinate policy issuance and assist with day-to-day policy administration.

What we are looking for:

• Solid insurance knowledge: Clear understanding of policy terms, coverage types, deductibles, and underwriting requirements.
• Hands-on portal experience: Fast, accurate execution on insurer quotation engines, CRM tools, and data entry.
• Sharp attention to detail: Ability to spot missing details before submission to avoid delays.
• Reliable home-office setup and self-discipline to thrive in a fully remote setup.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
