About the Role

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We at Monks Bouffe are looking for a team member as a Digital Marketing Executive. Your role will be to develop implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, driving traffic towards our Shopify website.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. We need an emphasis on execution of responsibilities with an approach that is data-driven and while being a problem solver.

Your responsibilities

> Designing on-brand visuals on Canva for social media posts, email newsletters, blog graphics and WhatsApp messages.

> Managing our Shopify based website by creating and updating product pages, banners, landing pages and managing site settings (no coding needed)

> Planning, launching and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns and checking performance every few days.

> Setting up and running email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

> Tracking key metrics across the website, ads and marketing campaigns to measure ROI and engagement.

> Troubleshooting and solving payment gateway hiccups, shipping settings and third-party app issues.

Skills Required

1. Canva (Knowledge of other design software preferable but not mandatory)

2. Fluent in English
