Job Description
- As an experienced Business Development professional, your role at MONOFIX will focus on acquiring "Packaging Design & Development" Consulting Projects for the company. You should have at least 5 years of established relationships in the FMCG Industry and be capable of building new associations with companies in various sectors including FMCG, Beauty, Wellness, Foods, Retail, D2C Brands, and New age companies. Very Senior Professionals with Extensive Networks within the Industry are also welcome to engage with MONOFIX on a "Fee per Project" basis.
Your main responsibilities will include identifying "Blue Ocean" opportunities for MONOFIX" growth, exploring new Venture businesses, and re-assuring existing Clients. You should possess a Solution mindset and be adept at using Frugal methods to achieve objectives.
To be eligible for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Packaging/Design related Business Development/Consulting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Previous experience in a BD/Marketing role with specialist Packaging/Design consultancies or mid-sized Advertising agencies such as DYWorks, Packfora, Acumen, Equity, Elephant, Desmania, Futuring, Landor Fitch, NH1, VGC, Tata Elxsi is highly desired.
