Skills And Competencies

• 4-6 years of experience in understanding banking and financial services, risk management, regulatory reporting, accounting, and finance
• Programming skills and/or functional expertise in relevant domains
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and system architecture
• Ability to develop functional and technical test cases
• Strong analytical skills for conceptualizing best practices and developing innovative tools (including AI frameworks)
• Experience in software implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and migration projects
• Skills in requirement gathering, writing functional and technical specifications, configuration, and testing
• Effective communication skills for conducting workshops and interacting with clients
  
• Team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment
  

Education

• Degree/ Diploma in Technology, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics and Engineering
• Certification - Completed or ongoing in finance and/ or IT like CFA, PRM/FRM - Risk Management, Data analytics, PL/SQL etc. preferred
  

Responsibilities

• Participate in a project with respect to Moodys Analytics Enterprise Risk Solution software implementation/enhancements/ upgrade/ migration, data warehousing and configuration for clients in the area of LCR/NSFR/ALM and treasury risk management
• Lead or Support various implementation services by providing assistance to clients in full cycle delivery of software solutions for different regulatory and business requirements
• Support in requirement gathering, writing functional and technical specification documents, workshops, configuration, developing functional and technical test cases and production/ Go-live activities

About The Team
Customer Engagement Onboarding (Risk and Finance) team is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, enhancement, and migration of Moodys Analytics Enterprise Risk Solution software for clients, focusing on areas such as LCR/NSFR/ALM and treasury risk management.
We contribute to Moodys by:

• Delivering end-to-end software solutions tailored to regulatory and business requirements
• Supporting clients through requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live activities
• Developing best practices and innovative tools using AI frameworks for our Centre of Excellence in India
