The Pricing Exception Associate will work within the Pricing Team to support the team on multiple BAU initiatives across data, process and system related activities; 

The Pricing Exception Associate will also provide support for company-wide transformation initiatives and represent the team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during internal meetings. 

Day-to-day interaction with various internal teams including Relationship Management, Billing, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, IT and Data will be required as part of the role.

Activities Include:

• Executing the controls (manual / semi-automatic) on a regular basis to ensure zero breach to the Operational Guideline
• Managing the requisite artefacts on the sharepoint
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and operation of a sustainable and modern pricing exception system
• Provide analytical and operational support for process enhancement and implementation
  
• Participate in and support the coordination of meetings, activities and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, or Finance
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• B2 or higher English language proficiency
• Exposure to and/or knowledge of the role and function of Rating Agencies a plus

  Experience defining, documenting and implementing business processes would be useful
• Experience in project management and working with technology teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Curious, resourceful, thinks critically, fully explores problems and/or opportunities and proactively provides recommendations and solutions backed by data.
• Exercises sound judgment and is able to articulate their own views.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications. Familiarity with Salesforce, PowerBI, Sharepoint would be a plus
