US Immigration Analyst - Rotational Shifts - Onsite Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the entire lifecycle of immigration petitions, from initiation to filing.
• Manage immigration cases, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.

• Draft immigration petitions including forms and letters and compile supporting documents.
• Experience in drafting complete H-1B, L-1B, and Green Card petitions for US.
• Additional experience in other areas of drafting work & family visas for US, UK and Canada will be an add-on.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation per the companys protocols.
• Other support functions to assist the law firms pertaining to immigration services.

Qualifications

• Good Analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal (English) communication skills.
• Knowledge of using search engines, case management tools, etc.
• Good experience with Microsoft Suite and the skills associated with them.
• Dynamic and willingness to work in 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift.
