Job Description

You will be responsible for providing email and Omni-Channel chat support for US Immigration queries from applicants/foreign nationals. Your role will involve demonstrating proficient knowledge of US Immigration policies and procedures, utilizing strong written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, and maintaining prompt response times with a high typing speed. You will be expected to critically analyze client inquiries and identify suitable responses from a pre-defined directory, escalating complex issues to the appropriate manager for resolution. It is crucial to ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions while exhibiting a high level of customer support capabilities such as patience, attentiveness, courtesy, maturity, humility, and helpfulness.

As a candidate for this role, you should be a graduate with excellent English communication skills, willing to learn US Immigration policies and procedures, and preferably have prior experience in Immigration/chat support. The ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours is essential, along with maintaining professionalism and empathy in client interactions. You should also possess adaptability to handle varying workload demands, strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a commitment to upholding confidentiality and data security standards.,
