The Thermal Ceramics division focuses on designing, manufacturing, and installing thermal insulation products to reduce energy consumption and emissions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development and execution of global marketing communication strategies aligned with company objectives and targeted markets.
- Oversee external communication aspects such as digital marketing, brand content, event presence, website performance, and media management.
- Drive website improvement initiatives for better user experience and engagement.
- Coordinate the creation of digital and print marketing content aligned with overall strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Support new product and solution launches through coordinated marketing efforts.
- Organize customer-facing webinars, virtual events, and interactive engagement platforms.
- Foster global social media communities for enhanced audience engagement.
- Support global visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Qualification Required:

- MBA in Marketing or a bachelor's degree in marketing communications.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in a global B2B MarCom leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing global brand strategies, content marketing, and event execution.
- Strong background in managing digital platforms and marketing technologies.
