Job Description
Shift : General
Responsibilities:
- Support central functions in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial modeling, ensuring alignment with the organizations long-term strategic plan.
- Support in providing detailed spend analysis to business units and leaders, helping them understand key drivers of financial movements
- Collaborate across all businesses and regions to ensure consistency of FP&A processes with central requirements for your respective areas.
- Support the global FAs on providing insights on the queries raised, on case-to-case basis.
- Perform financial modeling for central functions and provide insightful analysis for decision-making.
- Identify risks and opportunities and develop a mitigation plan collaborating with the relevant stakeholders.
- A Bachelors degree required; MBA, CA, or ICWA qualifications are an advantage
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance or business partnership/analysis roles.
- Candidate should be detail-oriented and a thought leader with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to influence decisions and outcomes.
- Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work well on large and small cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to build relationships with team members, business leaders, and other internal functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with Oracle/Hyperion, Salesforce, Tableau, or PowerBI is preferred.
